Rene Valladares has instituted suit individually and as administrator of the estate of his minor child Imelda, to recover the cost of medical expenses incurred as a result of an automobile accident. Named as defendant is The Monarch Insurance Company which issued a policy of automobile liability insurance to Mr. Valladares containing a medical payment clause provision therein.
