Funderburk, Jr., a member of the Bar of the State of Louisiana, alleging that an investigation of certain alleged misconduct on the part of the respondent culminated in an opinion by the membership of the Committee that respondent was guilty of conduct of sufficient gravity as to evidence a lack of fitness...
