In response to a telephone call from Mrs. Joseph McCloskey, the owner of two Oriental rugs and a pad, a driver for C. & W. Transfer & Storage Company, Inc. called at her home and picked up those three articles for cleaning. Mrs. McCloskey was not at home at the time.
