A complaint in trespass was filed in the above-captioned matter on July 1, 1971, alleging therein that on July 6, 1969, Alice E. Medleycott, minor plaintiff, was injured as the result of being kicked by a horse. It was pleaded that the injury occurred at a time when plaintiff was preparing her horse for the purpose of showing the horse in a show sponsored by one of the defendants, (Huntingdon Valley Pony Club) at a farm owned by defendant...
