At a hearing on June 15, 1973, the Court granted Frank Pinedo, Esq. and Jerry G. Hill, Esq., doing business as Pinedo and Hill, leave to intervene. Fed.R.Civ.P. 24. Intervenors initially represented defendant Shearn Moody, Jr. (hereinafter Moody), individually and doing business as W. L. Moody & Co., Bankers (Unincorporated) (hereinafter the Bank) in this case.
