McGill, 250 Ark. 534, 465 S.W.2d 902, where we reversed the chancellor and remanded the case for transfer to the Circuit Court of Lincoln County, Arkansas. On the second trial, the jury returned a verdict for Katie McGill, appellee herein, and from the judgment entered in accord with the verdict, appellant Charlie Brooks brings this appeal.
