NICHOLS, Justice.

The defendant was tried and convicted of armed robbery and carrying a concealed weapon. A motion to suppress evidence obtained as the result of a search warrant being issued was overruled after hearing, but before a jury was selected. The appeal is from the conviction and the sole enumeration of error complains of the judgment on the motion to suppress.
