OPINION

BISSETT, Justice.

This is a workman's compensation case. Following a jury trial, Jacinto R. Carabajal, plaintiff, recovered judgment for total and permanent disability and for medical expenses which the jury found that Highlands Underwriters Insurance Company, defendant compensation insurance carrier, failed to provide. Defendant has duly perfected its appeal. We affirm on condition of remittitur.
