This appeal by Plaintiff, Letha Mae Searcy Crum (Appellant), is from a judgment rejecting the wrongful death action instituted by Appellant, individually (as widow of John Floyd Crum, deceased), and for the use and benefit of Appellant's seven minor children, issue of Appellant's marriage to decedent.
