Plaintiff, Mary M. Simon, instituted suit against defendant, Crowley Industries, Inc., her former employer, for unpaid wages, penalties, and attorney's fees under the applicable provisions of LSA-R.S. 23:631 and 632. After trial on the merits, judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiff and against defendant, Crowley Industries, Inc., for the sum of $1,190.40 plus legal interest from date of judicial demand, plus attorney's fees in the sum of $396.80...
