McCOWN, Justice.

This is an action for specific performance of an option to purchase real estate. The district court denied specific performance and dismissed the action. We affirm the judgment.

On June 2, 1971, the defendants and the plaintiffs executed a written agreement in which the defendants granted to the plaintiffs an option to purchase the East Half of Section 7, Township 15 North, Range 25 West of the 6th P.M., Custer County, Nebraska, for $50,000...
