Plaintiff, Ruby Stout Young, initiated this suit against defendants, Pearlie and Flossie Warner, claiming ownership of three parcels of immovable property in the City of Bogalusa, Louisiana. The suit was styled as a petitory action and action to remove cloud from title. Defendants were alleged to be in possession of the property without any legal right or just title thereto.
