NATURE OF THE CLAIM

Plaintiff, Audrey Phillips, seeks to recover accidental death benefits under two policies of insurance issued by defendant, The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States. Plaintiff is the beneficiary named by her deceased husband, Emanuel E. Phillips, to recover under these policies.
