This is an action to recover damages resulting from a fall caused by a defective public sidewalk in the city of Minneapolis. The court, pursuant to a special verdict, awarded plaintiff Elmira M. Seifert damages of $7,200 and plaintiff Edward P. Seifert, her husband, $704.80 for loss of consortium.
