Plaintiffs, Joseph M. Stablier and Dorothy M. Stablier, brought this action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when an automobile in which Mrs. Stablier was riding was struck from the rear by a vehicle being operated by defendant, Edward G. Partin, Secretary-Business Agent, General Truck Drivers, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America, Local Union No. 5 (Teamsters). Both Partin and Teamsters were made defendants herein.
