On May 17, 1969, an automobile operated by the plaintiff, Elmer D. Colby, in which he was the sole occupant, was in collision with an automobile driven by one Arduth Dipper and in which her husband, Eldon Dipper, was riding. Mrs. Dipper carried no liability insurance but the Colbys' automobile insurance provided for uninsured motorist coverage in the appellant company. Suit was filed by the Colbys against their insurer for Mr. Colby's personal injuries...
