This is a case wherein the trial court granted a summary judgment for the Defendants. We reverse and remand.

Plaintiff-Appellant Harvey L. Fagin brought this suit against Defendant-Appellees North Dallas Moving and Storage Company, Inc., and James E. Morris, under the Workmen's Compensation Law.
