Plaintiff-appellant filed her complaint alleging libel, to which defendants-appellees filed answer and subsequently filed their motion to dismiss under Rule TR. 12(B)(6), IC 1971, 34-5-1-1. This is an appeal from the sustaining of that motion to dismiss.

The complaint alleges that plaintiff was a nurse's aide in the employ of defendant. Plaintiff was discharged from said employment and subsequently made application with the Indiana Employment...
