This matter is before the court en banc on motions of Bingler Ford Sales and Ford Motor Company for new trial and judgment notwithstanding the verdicts.

On January 12, 1969, at approximately 2 p.m., Elizabeth J. Wagner was driving her 1968 Ford Mustang convertible automobile outbound from the City of Johnstown in a northwesterly direction on Roosevelt Boulevard. A station wagon was stopped in front of her and she slowed down...
