RAWLINGS, Justice.

Defendant appeals from judgment on jury verdict finding him guilty of interference with administration of justice. We affirm.

This case stems from a divorce action, Shirley Claycomb vs. Gerald Claycomb, Pottawattamie District Court. October 29, 1970, a supplemental decree was entered therein by which custody of two minor children was transferred from plaintiff (Shirley) to defendant (Gerald).
