Appellant was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of ten years by the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, upon his plea of guilty to the offense of assault with intent to kill with malice. Thereafter appellant sought to set aside the judgment of conviction and sentence by a motion under Rule 27.26, V.A.M.R., later amended, which alleged numerous grounds for relief, all of which were rejected...
