Appeals from order dated February 6, 1973 dismissed. No appeal lies from an order denying a motion to reargue (Pray v. Lagee Constr. Corp., 29 A.D.2d 948). Order dated November 8, 1972 reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, plaintiff's motion for summary judgment granted and it is declared that defendant's disclaimer of obligations to plaintiff under the insurance policy in question was improper.
