MASSEY, Chief Justice.

Bill G. Martin sued his former employer Zuider Zee Oyster Bar, Inc., a corporation, for wrongful discharge from employment.

The written contract of employment, allegedly breached, was effective for a period of five years from April 16, 1968. Martin was discharged on December 31, 1970. Trial was to a jury. Special issues inquired merely the amount of money Martin could have earned in the exercise of reasonable diligence...
