This case involves the adoption of a minor child by its foster parents and the efforts of the child's natural mother to regain custody and control. The case is before us at this time on the natural mother's appeal from a decree entered in the Family Court on September 1, 1972. For convenience we shall refer to the natural mother as the petitioner and to the foster parents as the respondents...
