The question in this case is whether an insurance policy issued by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, insuring against loss of money or securities, covered the loss by theft of $800 from the residence of the insured, Ernest H. Mollenauer. In an action brought by Mollenauer, Nationwide defended on the ground that the policy "covered business losses only and the loss of money claimed by [Mollenauer] was personal rather than business funds."
