This suit seeks a reapportionment of the Iberville Parish School Board. In the spring of 1971, pursuant to a mandate from the Louisiana Legislature, the Iberville Parish School Board undertook to reapportion itself. While this undertaking was in progress, the attorneys representing the named plaintiffs herein filed this suit attacking the old apportionment plan.
