The plaintiff in this action, Anthony Adamczyk, became a police officer for the Town of Caledonia in September 1957. He was discharged in June 1966. This action alleges that the discharge violated plaintiff's constitutional rights. Defendants Margis, Horvath, and Kroes were members of the Board of Supervisors of the Town of Caledonia at the time Adamczyk was discharged, and defendant Mason was the Police...
