Plaintiff has appealed a final judgment rendered following a trial by the court without a jury on the issue of whether a release executed by her was valid and binding in all respects. It is the position of plaintiff that the release was executed as a result of a mutual mistake of fact as to the injuries suffered by her, as a result of which the settlement agreement reached by the parties was void and the release not legally sufficient to bar her...
