The facts in this case were stipulated by both parties. Plaintiff, Thomas R. Riker, is the owner of a pickup truck which he loaned to Rudolph Estess, Jr. While Mr. Estess was driving three friends to a barbecue, the truck was involved in an accident with an uninsured vehicle.
