Mrs. Nonie Osteen filed this action against Mrs. Vivian Purdue and her home liability insurer, Home Owners Insurance Company, for damages resulting from personal injuries sustained by her. Defendants answered with a general denial and alleged Mrs. Osteen's contributory negligence.
