On October 19, 1972, defendant, Turhan Carter, and a co-defendant, after waiving their rights to a jury trial, were each found guilty of attempted burglary and not guilty of unlawfully resisting arrest and loitering and prowling. Motions for a new trial and in arrest of judgment were filed, and the only real question concerns the sufficiency of the evidence to support the verdict finding defendant Carter guilty of attempted burglary...
