The mother of O_____ H_____, a juvenile, petitioned directly to this Court for his release from the Missouri Intermediate Reformatory at Algoa, Missouri. Pursuant to a writ issued by this Court, respondent made a return, the petitioner filed a reply, the parties entered into a stipulation of facts, and the case was fully submitted on written briefs and oral argument.
