The defendant Ernest Henry Matousek was indicted and convicted in a jury trial in the District of Minnesota1 for the theft of an automobile moving in interstate shipment in violation of 18 U. S.C. § 659 and for the possession and sale of the same automobile in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 659 and 2313.
