This is an action for damages for personal injuries resulting from an automobile accident. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff in the sum of $170,000. The sole assignment of error is directed at the overruling of the defendant's motion for a directed verdict or dismissal, and in failing to sustain a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
