The question involved in this appeal concerns what constitutes omitted property as that term is used in 68 O.S. 1971 §§ 2435 and 2439.

Leyh acquired certain real property prior to 1965. On the date of acquisition two residential buildings, which he rented to third parties, were located thereon.
