O'HARA, J.

Following trial to a jury, defendant was convicted of breaking and entering an occupied dwelling, MCLA 750.110; MSA 28.305, and unarmed robbery, MCLA 750.530; MSA 28.798. Arraignment was also had on a supplemental information charging him with being a habitual felony offender, MCLA 769.10; MSA 28.1082, and defendant was sentenced to 4 to 30 years in prison. This appeal followed.
