This is an action for damages resulting from a jogger tripping over a dog on the Broadmoor High School track in Baton Rouge. The plaintiff-appellant is George K. Reech, the district manager of a boiler manufacturer, who on January 31, 1971 at just before noon, was jogging for exercise when he fell, doing substantial damage to his chin.
