This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the defendants in an action to recover damages resulting from injuries sustained in a five-car automobile collision on the Kansas Turnpike.

In the order of their arrival at the scene of the collision, the vehicles were operated by Alexander Hodschayan, Jenell Todd, Val Terschluse, and Robert Snell, the defendant-appellees, and Frank Fairbanks, husband...
