CAMPBELL, Judge.

The evidence taken in the light most favorable to the State is sufficient to require submission of the case to the jury. State v. Fenner, 263 N.C. 694, 140 S.E.2d 349 (1965).

In its charge to the jury the court stated:

". . . I charge you that if the State has satisfied you from the evidence, and beyond a reasonable doubt that on this the 16th day of March, 1972,...
