The Singer Company (Singer), petitions this court, pursuant to § 10(f) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 160(f), to set aside the order of the NLRB issued on October 31, 1972, finding Singer to have violated §§ 8(a) (1) and (3) of the Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 158 (a)(1) and (3), in the course of the Union's representation campaign.
