This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of Livingston County. On February 4, 1971, defendant-appellant Larry Savage was sentenced for the crime of robbery, to a term of 3 to 8 years in the penitentiary. This sentence was imposed in the Circuit Court of Sangamon County. On October 2, 1971, defendant was serving that sentence in the Pontiac Branch of the Illinois State Department of...
