Defendant below appeals from a judgment which awarded plaintiff disability benefits under the Workmen's Compensation Law. The jury found that plaintiff's injury was the producing cause of both total and partial incapacity, each of which was permanent. The total disability, according to the findings, began on May 8, 1967 (date of injury) while the partial disability began "December 1967."
