This is a bill of review proceeding seeking to set aside a judgment of divorce. On June 20, 1963, appellant Manuel Dosamantes, a Mexican citizen, married appellee June Ball Dosamantes, a United States citizen, in Mexico. A child was born to the parties on February 16, 1965.
