This matter comes to us on appeal following a second review-reopening hearing on plaintiff's claim arising out of an injury which occurred on February 1, 1968. The industrial commissioner's denial of the claim was affirmed upon appeal to the district court. We reverse and remand to the industrial commissioner for further proceedings as hereafter set out.
