In a bench trial in the Sangamon County circuit court the defendant was found guilty of taking indecent liberties with a child and sentenced to four to fourteen years. The defendant raises seven alleged points of error which may be distilled into two: (1) was the defendant proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt; and (2) did the trial court abuse its discretion in denying the defendant...
