This is a suit in equity for specific performance of an agreement to sell real estate. The pleadings consist of an amended complaint, an answer and a stipulation of counsel. The questions raised are primarily legal issues and the chancellor approved a stipulation of counsel to permit disposition upon the depositions of the parties and the realtor and certain correspondence.
