This is an appeal from the involuntary dismissal of consolidated diversity actions that arose out of a 1969 marine oil spill. Appellants are oyster farmers who sought to recover against appellee, the Humble Pipe Line Company, for damages to oysters, oyster reefs, and oyster leases resulting from oil emanating from one of Humble's twelve-inch pipelines submerged in Barataria Bay...
