The plaintiff was an employee of the defendant corporation, which operated a private school in Cambridge. On July 20, 1967, the plaintiff fell and suffered personal injuries while working in one of the buildings owned and occupied by the defendant corporation. The plaintiff's action is in two counts in tort. Count 1 alleges in substance that the defendant was not a subscriber under the Workmen's Compensation...
