This action arose out of a motor vehicle collision which occurred on the Sterlington Road near Monroe on March 25, 1971. Involved in the collision was an automobile owned and driven by Cletus M. Willbanks with whom plaintiff's minor daughter, Cathy Ann Davis, was riding as a guest passenger. Plaintiff appears as natural tutrix of her daughter and seeks to recover damages for and on behalf of her daughter...
