JURISDICTION

This cause came to be heard on a complaint filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. Jurisdiction is further grounded in 29 U.S.C. § 185(a) and (b), which provides in part:

"(a) Suits for violation of contracts between an employer and a labor organization representing employees in an industry affecting commerce as defined...
